PLEASE READ TERMS OF SERVICE
Enrollment in the FB Coaching Alliance is subject to the following terms of service, hereafter Greig Wells Marketing (“Facilitator”) agrees to perform Facebook Marketing services as presented in the webinar on behalf of (“Client”)
1. In order to provide the service services set forth, Client hereby gives permission and expressly authorizes Facilitator to have access to the clients personal Facebook profile for purposes of BOTH marketing their own business and for marketing members of the communal FB Alliance program you have entered into.
2. Client has provided Facilitators with their credit card billing info, fully being aware that this is a monthly subscription and that payment will be deducted every 30 days, except for during a trial period (if any).
3. Client may cancel at anytime, however such cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing cycle for that month.
4. Because Facilitator is providing a service there will be no refunds.
5. Facilitator has not made any claims, or representation, or warranty that the services will produce any specific results or revenue for the client.
6. Client fully accepts all responsibility for results in their business.
7.Client agrees Facilitator assumes no liability to Client or third parties for any damage or claims arising out of connected to the services. including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, good will, or interruption of services by any third party.
8. Client agrees Facilitator is hereby released and shall indemnify facilitator from any such damages or claims by Client or any third party.
9. Client is hereby bound and excepts these terms and conditions by executing this contract by providing Facilitator with their credit card information.
